Boyle Plantation is a growing, gated community of estate homesites nestled in a quiet section of Dorchester County, about 6 miles south of Summerville, South Carolina. Ten minutes from the historic plantations on the Ashley River, some lots are still available for private resale.
The Homeowners Association was formed in 2004 and has elected a Board of Directors and an Architectural Review Board (ARB) to help the community aspire to be the best it can be. This website will contain news and other correspondence that the Board, ARB and community members provide for input.
