Declaration of Covenants for Stormwater establishes procedures and responsibility for the wetlands in the community.



Community Design in
Amendments #1, 4, 7, 9 and 10



Amendment #1 is the establishment of the Architectural Review Board. Amendment #4 adds the ARB Community Design Regulations (CDR) and amends the covenants on fences, antennas, and the storage of vehicles. Amendment #7 contains revisions on fences, walls, and animals, Amendment #9 covers basketball goals. Amendment #10 modifies some specifications, including house size lower limit from 2000 to 3000 square feet.



Covered property in
Amendments #2, 3 and 6



Amendment #2 removes Phase II from the Association. Amendment #3 removes another large tract of land from the covenants. Amendment #6 removes Lots 53 and 77.



Fiber-optic communications services in
Amendment #8



Amendment #8 authorizes a contract between Home Telecom and the HOA, and the HOA's members choosing become subscribers to the HOA in a contract to reimburse the HOA for Home Telecom's fiber-optic communications services.
